I got the COVID 19 Vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson... etc.), Does it mean that I can just come without getting tested, not wear a mask and not social distance? NO, we require EVERYONE who comes to our studio to present a negative COVID 19 test result within 72 hours of their appointment, and no older than a week old.
We require for everyone to wear masks, and we have space to be able to social distance.
If you are NOT vaccinated and coming from CA, AZ, TX, IL, NY/NJ, FL, MI *list can be updated as needed* (places with over a million cases, multiple variants of COVID 19 virus), can I still come and get tattooed? Yes, before you travel to our studio we require for you to quarantine for 7-10 days, and get COVID 19 tested. This means for you to self-quarantine at home before you travel to us.
If you are not VACCINATED and will be traveling via airplane to get to your studio, is it ok for me to schedule an appointment immediately after my arrival? NO, If you are traveling via airplane, we require 2 negative COVID 19 test results, one from where you are coming from, and another for when you arrive in Las Vegas. While you wait for your results, we encourage you to quarantine until then.
My country/city/state is currently not allowing tattoo shops to operate. Would you still be able to travel to meet me? We have currently halted all our travel plans in the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, we won't be able to meet anyone outside of the city of Las Vegas.
It’s been less than 2 weeks since I’ve returned from out of the country. Am I still allowed to be tattooed? Yes, but we require you to disclose where you have been and possible exposure. We also would require you to get tested for COVID-19.
Will you be taking temperatures prior to me entering the studio? Yes. Everyone’s temperatures will be checked before and/or upon entering the studio.
Do I have to wear a mask while getting tattooed? Do I have to wear gloves? Yes, you have to wear a mask. Gloves are not required, but we will be wearing them. We have hand washing station, and hand sanitizers in our studio for your use.
What will be your protocols for following social distancing if my skin needs to be stretched? Manong Lane, his apprentices, and stretchers will be wearing masks, gloves, and goggles. The gloves will be changed frequently during the duration of the ceremony.
Due to social distancing, am I allowed to bring an additional person with me? Yes, you can bring up to 2 additional people for your ceremony.
I’m not feeling well, but have no COVID-19 symptoms. Can I still get tattooed? Unfortunately, no. We are not willing to risk anything and you will not be able to get tattooed.
I have just found out that someone I’m close to has tested positive for COVID-19 and I’m waiting for my test results. I’m feeling fine otherwise. Can I still get tattooed? You can get tattooed as long as you provide us documentation of your test results as soon as you can. If you already have been scheduled, we can postpone your appointment and reschedule when you get your results back. Are there any extra before/ aftercare protocols I have to follow with the current pandemic situation? Before your ceremony, we require tattoo recipients, and who ever they bring to the ceremony to send us their COVID 19 test results, on top of our extensive COVID-19 protocols and ceremony protocols. For after care, we advise that you keep your new skin markings clean and very moisturized.
